Rationalized Products

A product not manufactured in Canada but treated
for sourcing purposes as if it were made in Canada, pursuant to an agreement
between PWGSC and the firm which accords such treatment on the basis of,
and commensurate with, the economic benefits to Canada resulting from the

The RQSL/CQSL is a listing of suppliers that
have had their quality system audited by an approved auditor against the
