Qualification Program
The entire process by which products are obtained from suppliers, examined and tested and then identified on a qualified products list. Qualified Product
A product produced under controlled and substantially unchanged conditions which met the requirements and procedures specified to enable that product to be listed in the applicable qualified products list. (23/06/94) (produit homologue)
Qualified Products List (QPL)
A listing of products qualified as conforming to the requirements of standards or specifications by the appropriate panel. A QPL identifies the qualifying authority and includes the appropriate product identification and reference data together with the name of the supplier of the qualified product. Qualifying Authority
The agency or organization responsible for the maintenance of a listing program, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and which is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of listings. (23/06/94) (autorité d'homologation)
Quality

Quality of Conformance
A measure, taken at the point of acceptance, which determines the degree to which the final product conforms to the design. (23/06/94) (qualité de conformité)
Quality of Design
